Thursday I called in at RAF Honington, I knew they had a Gate Guard in the form of a Blackburn Buccaneer so I went to the guardroom to have a look and ask if I could take some photos. The Army guy on the gate, fully armed, had to check with the RAF Police, that side of things was OK, I asked if this Bucc was originally one of 12 Squadrons, no idea came the reply, well I'm not surprised........
